Ombre Bridesmaids Bouquets
Ombre: adj.; a graduation in tone or color. This fall wedding incorporated a color palette of golden yellow, orange, and burgundy. In order to achieve the ombre effect we started with the palest color, yellow, and began creating the first bouquet. Bouquet #2, we used the initial color, yellow, while gradually adding in the second chosen color of blooms, orange. Movin' along...we did the same for the rest of the bouquets until we eventually created the darkest bouquet of the color palette, burgundy. As you can see, the ombre design creates an artistic element throughout the romantic bridesmaid bouquets.
The yellow blooms we used were: craspedia, spray roses, hypericum berries, yarrow, carnations, and ranunculus
The orange blooms: spray roses, dahlias, carnations, hypericum berries, ranunculus
The burgundy blooms: spray roses, ranunculus, carnations, hypericum berries, astillbe, asters
